Send an email to Prof. Dr. Patrick van der Smagt with your name, matriculation number, field of study (e.g. RCI) and number of semesters. Let us know what courses you already took, in particular how much you know about Machine Learning. We expect that your knowledge is similar to what you would learn in our introductory course Machine Learning I. If you have done interesting projects in Machine Learning let us know, too. Try to send the email until 10th of February, 2013.
